ON LINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN MARCH 1 THRU APRIL 30. IF YOU PREFER YOU CAN DOWNLOAD A REGISTRATION FORM AND CODE OF CONDUCT/REFUND POLICY FROM THE HOME PAGE "DOWNLOADS" TAB. COMPLETE THE FORM AND DEPOSIT IT IN OUR LOCKED AND SECURE, GREEN MAILBOX/YELLOW POLE AT THE FIELD ENTRANCE, ALONG WITH THE FEES. PLAYERS ARE PLACED ON A TEAM BASED ON THE GRADE GOING INTO THIS COMING FALL. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MAY YOUR PLAYER(S) MAY BE ON A WAITING LIST. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ONCE THE REGISTRATION FORM HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM.
To register and participate in CYS soccer each player and parents/guardians must read and agree to the league’s Code of Conduct./Refund Policy.
PWEE, PRE-KINDERGARTEN AND KINDERGARTEN Division
PLAYERS MUST BE AT least age 3 by August 1, 2025 TO PLAY IN PWEE DIVISION.. Those entering kindergarten this coming fall will register in the kindergarten division
On Line registration for the 2026 soccer season will begin March 1 at 12:00am and end April 30 at 11:59pm. We will have (1) Saturday morning scheduled soon for in-person registration and will update here as soon as it is scheduled. Reminder to register your player(s) in the grade they will enter this Fall. All teams are formed by grade not by age. See you at the fields!
